Kort forklart foresl\u00e5r teorien at det er to kategorier av faktorer som p\u00e5virker menneskers tilfredshet og motivasjon p\u00e5 arbeidsplassen:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Hygienefaktorer:\u00a0<\/strong>Dette inkluderer faktorer som l\u00f8nn, arbeidsforhold, selskapspolitikk, og mellommenneskelige relasjoner. Disse faktorene, hvis de er utilfredsstillende, f\u00f8rer til misn\u00f8ye p\u00e5 arbeidsplassen.\u00a0<strong><em>MEN: forbedring av disse faktorene f\u00f8rer ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis til \u00f8kning av tilfredshet eller motivasjon.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Motivasjonsfaktorer:\u00a0<\/strong>Her finner vi faktorer som anerkjennelse, ansvar, prestasjon, og muligheter for vekst og utvikling. Disse oppgavene, som er n\u00f8dvendige, men ikke gir arbeidsglede, har lenge v\u00e6rt en kilde til misn\u00f8ye i arbeidslivet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Anja Haust\u00e5ker fra Norway\u2019s Best sa det (aller) best da hun tidligere i \u00e5r uttalte til Profitbase:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"section-quote\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Det er ikke mange som finner glede i \u00e5 ta tall fra ett regneark til det neste. Det er mye mer g\u00f8y \u00e5 analysere tallene, enn \u00e5 lage dem selv.<\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<div class=\"section-quote\">\n<div class=\"section-quote__author\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div id=\"ct_bt4mrc98n51dyh7pge1g\" class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Andre relevante funn som underst\u00f8tter hypotesen om at \u00e5 gj\u00f8re alt manuelt med regneark ikke legger til rette for det mest givende arbeidsmilj\u00f8et, er Egon Zehnder International unders\u00f8kelse blant norske \u00f8konomidirekt\u00f8rer hvor det ble avdekket at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/old.magma.no\/oekonomidirektoerens-rolle\">de minst likte oppgavene er regnskap og rapportering<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">I motsetning viste ogs\u00e5 samme unders\u00f8kelse at oppgavene som var mest likt gikk i klar fav\u00f8r av forretningsutvikling og strategiarbeid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Dette indikerer at mange \u00f8konomiavdelinger m\u00e5 bruke mest tid p\u00e5 det de liker minst.<\/strong>\u00a0N\u00e5r vi reflekterer over dette blir funnene fra Robert Half som ble presentert i begynnelsen av denne artikkelen mindre overraskende.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24pt;\">Automatisering av hygienefaktorer kan bane vei for arbeidsglede<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Etter all den nedsl\u00e5ende lesningen du har m\u00e5tte lide deg gjennom s\u00e5 langt, er sikkert ditt million kroner question:\u00a0<strong><em>hva kan gj\u00f8res?<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Som daglig leder i et programvarehus som leverer programvare for finansiell planlegging s\u00e5 er jeg nok en smule subjektiv, men tror likevel jeg har et godt poeng ved \u00e5 hevde at \u00f8konomisjefer og deres team b\u00f8r supplere regnearkene med litt mer egnet programvare. Spesielt hvis bedriften du jobber i har store tall i oml\u00f8p, mange ansatte og betydelig grad av kompleksitet med flere bidragsytere.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Det en f\u00e5r med \u00e5 ha en plattform i bunn er at all tiden som f\u00f8r m\u00e5tte brukes p\u00e5 \u00e5 samle sammen og vedlikeholde regnearkene ikke lenger blir n\u00f8dvendig. Dette \u00e5pner d\u00f8rene for \u00e5 bruke mer tid p\u00e5 \u00e5 analysere tallene, jobbe sammen med andre og drive med strategi og forretningsutvikling.
